Our client, a leading provider of semi-independent housing and support to young people aged 16 – 18, is now recruiting experienced Team Leaders for their new unit in Evesham.
In this role you will manage a small team of Support Workers delivering support to young people aged 16 – 18 leaving the care of a local authority and transitioning to adulthood.
You will work with the Senior Team Leader to train, develop and mentor a team of workers able to enable and empower young people to maximise their potential and transition safely into adulthood.
In this role, everything you do will enable people to have choices about their own lives, creating flexible services that meet people’s needs and always looking for the best way of doing things. Sometimes it’s challenging, but it’s always rewarding. You’ll go to work knowing that you’re making a positive difference to someone’s life. And you’ll be working in a team of skilled, dedicated colleagues who’ll support you all the way.
If you are qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care (CYP); and have experience of supporting young people in a Senior role; we’d love to hear from you.
There are both full and part time positions available with competitive pay rates and first class training provided.
