Support Worker

Overview

Do you enjoy your role as a Support Worker? but would like more flexibility, variety in working placements, with enhanced rates of pay?

We have positions for agency Support Workers in the Kidderminster area, working with our clients in their care homes, when they have a staff shortage.

Rates of pay £9.70 – £11.10 per hour

You are able to pick your days of availability each week, which means it can be flexible around your current role or family commitments.


What You Will Do

    • On each assignment you will be required to work in line with the homes policies and procedures, often working alongside one of their permanent staff team.
    • To provide support required, whilst enabling and promoting independence.
    • Assisting with aspects of personal care, meal preparation, daily living and accessing the community.
    • Accurate record keeping and reporting

    Ideal Candidate: 

    • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker.
    • Experience of working with people with learning disabilities
    • Driving licence, would be an advantage but not essential
    • It would be an advantage if you have a DBS that is registered on the update service
    • Must have a genuine passion to help others and love the role they do.
