Our client, a leading provider of semi-independent housing and support to young people aged 16 – 18, is now recruiting an experienced Senior Team Leader for their new unit in Evesham.
In this role you will manage a small group of Team Leaders and Support Workers and oversee the delivery of support to young people leaving the care of a local authority and transitioning to adulthood.
You will work alongside the Regional Manager and train, develop and mentor the team to ensure that they deliver an enabling and empowering independent living support service.

If you are qualified to NVQ Level 4 or above in Health and Social Care (CYP); and have experience of supporting young people in a Senior role; we’d love to hear from you.
