At a A Suit that Fits, you will be joining a dedicated and supportive team, a passion for bespoke menswear goes a long way. We are looking for the below candidates:

  1. Preferred fashion industry background with a good knowledge in tailoring.
  2. Men’s formal-wear sales experience, and ideally some made-to-measure or alterations experience.
  3. Basic level of garment technology understanding.
  4. Outstanding customer service, both internal and external.
  5. Must actively demonstrate flexibility to work across the nationwide branches when required.
  6. Basic knowledge in computers and the need to be tech savvy.

As a successful Style Advisor, your key responsibilities will be

  1. Talking to and assisting customers with the design of their custom made suits as well as conducting fittings and taking precise measurements as part of the design process.
  2. Conduct fittings, including the effective assessment of areas to improve garment fit, and logging these on an online system.
  3. Oversee and administer deliveries.
  4. Work closely with logistics and delivery teams to ensure a great customer experience.
  5. Have a thirst for keeping abreast of current trends to be able to make suggestions to our customers based on their body type and requirement.
  6. Demonstrate strong consultative sales technique to reach sales targets.
  7. Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly, courteously and effectively, with the help of the administrative team.
  8. To work proactively to develop and grow the business within the city.
  9. To have a strong interest in understanding tailoring techniques to perform alterations and eventually achieve the perfect fit.
  10. To be a Self starter, who can work in a small team or alone, and adapts well to change.Track record of performance in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
  11. To conduct themselves in a professional manner, and display impeccable personal presentation at all times.
  12. To have communication skills (both internal and external) and a friendly collaborative approach. Committed to multi-channel retailing.
