We are looking for caring and passionate people to join our expanding Care Worker team.

Your role as a Care Worker

Your role as the Car Worker will be to provide exceptional, quality care to private clients in their own homes, to promote and respect client’s rights, choice, independence, individuality, privacy and dignity. You will treat clients with respect and keep them safe at all times and be flexible and open to extra hours in case of an emergency.

Key Responsibilities of the Care Worker

Key responsibilities of the Care Worker are to provide quality care to clients as outlined in the Care Plan and in accordance with instructions from the Care Coordinator and/or Care Manager. You will monitor and report changes in client’s condition and keep a records in the client’s home up to date with clear and accurate information while providing feedback of any relevant information. You will communication effectively with clients, their families and colleagues while also liaising with any other Care professionals as directed by your Manager. You will be required to participate in training and supervision sessions and attend team meetings and to undertake any other takes as directed by your Manager.

  • The Care Worker will be accountable for the provision of service (consistency and quality), team performance and reporting & escalation of any issues.
  • Key Performance Indicators include consistency of service, quality of service, client complaints/compliments, team performance and meeting personal development targets.
  • You will have 2+ Years experience in a caring environment, while having experience of people living with dementia is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and caring attitude are important while also have the ability to maintain client confidentiality.


The Care Worker will be professional at all times, committed to maintain very high standards of care, be reliable and adaptable to their surroundings. You will need to be flexible, self motivated and have exceptional time management. You will need to be compassionate and empathetic to clients needs.

We will also provide uniform and supplies, paid care certificate training and full management support. Minimum Homecare call is one hour.
