Unlike employing a Personal Assistant either directly or through an Introduction Agency, we manage everything for you (including Employment Contract, NI, Tax, Training, Holiday and Sick cover and pay). So you can relax, safe in the knowledge that everything is taken care of, and your Care Worker can focus on delivering exceptional care to you.

3. Because we are registered and regulated by the CQC
Nest Homecare is regulated and approved as a service provider by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in accordance with the Care Standards Act 2000.
The CQC monitor, inspect and regulate UK care services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality, care and safety.
They also ensure that services are effective, responsive and well-led.

4. Because we employ the most caring Care Workers 
We have a rigorous recruitment process so only select the very best people as our Care Workers. We support and motivate them and ensure they are happy.
5. Because we offer continuity of care 
We possess a moral purpose to sustain the provision of exceptional care so we offer continuity of care as standard giving you total peace of mind.
Continuity of care is one of our highest priorities when putting together a person-centred care package.

Nest was founded and is run by local business people who are driven by professionalism, attention to detail and who want to put the “care” back into the care industry.
We are extremely passionate about supporting and helping the local community – for example as Dementia Friends Champions, some of our Care Team train hold training sessions within the community
